We carved our pumpkins just in time for Halloween. Being in North Dakota we did not get to pick them out from the Pumpkin Patch so Wal-Mart was as good as it was going to get!! As with every thing that we have done this year it is like doing it for the first time with Nat. She has been too young up to this point that she doesn't remember any of the fun stuff. So how did she like it? Well... at first she was so disgusted and asked "you want me to do WHAT?" Then after she seen her sisters digging in she eventually decided it was ok. Beau even talked her in to tasting it, poor trusting thing!! It was "super nasty" she said and only tried it once.
This is the Finished product Marcy did the one in the middle and Alyssa did the one on the left, all by their selves. Nat and Daddy did the other one and she loves to see them all lit up!!!
Alyssa really didn't like taking all the guts out either!!
After she finally decided it was ok she kind of got a kick out of it!!
